2. Main characteristics of the service

BirSitem is a subscription-based online website builder: templates, a drag-and-drop editor, hosting, SSL, a web address, contact forms and, depending on the plan, more pages, your own domain, blog posts, an online store and team members. Plan contents are published on https://birsitem.com/fiyatlar.

The service is digital; there is no physical delivery. The plan is activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.

3. Price and payment

Current plan prices (all taxes included):

Personal: TRY 79 per month or TRY 799 per year (VAT included); 10 pages, 5 GB storage, 2 users.

Business: TRY 139 per month or TRY 1,299 per year (VAT included); 50 pages, 25 GB storage, 5 users.

Professional: TRY 849 per month or TRY 8,299 per year (VAT included); unlimited pages, unlimited storage, unlimited users.

Payment is taken by card through iyzico or by bank transfer; card details are not stored by Seller. Card subscriptions with automatic renewal are charged at the start of each period until cancelled.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form. By completing the payment you request that the service starts immediately and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

5. Complaints and disputes

Requests and complaints can be sent to iletisim@birsitem.com or through https://birsitem.com/en/destek. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade.
